At Elamore Collection LLC, our products are crafted for personal use. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on used or opened items.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@elamorecollection.com.
If approved, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
All bath teas and personal care products are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered.
Refunds (If Approved)
If a refund is approved due to damage or error, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
