All orders include shipping in the price—what you see is what you pay, with no additional fees at checkout.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping & Delivery

We ship all orders via USPS. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days depending on your location.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or factors outside of our control.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Elamore Collection LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Elamore Collection LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If you experience an issue, we recommend contacting the carrier directly.
